In this brief video, I’m excited to introduce Neha Sonney, the author of the bestselling book, Wired For Self-Love: 11 Strategies To Free Yourself From Your Past, Embrace Your True Identity & Build Unshakeable Confidence.

Neha is a dedicated wife, mother, writer, event organizer, and cook, with a blogging journey that began in 2016. Raised in Bahrain, she embraced a philosophy of simple living and high thinking, attending an Indian school where she learned both English and Hindi.

Despite her upbringing, she faced challenges in understanding her identity and self-worth, leading to repeated cycles of childhood trauma. Determined to break this pattern, she embarked on a journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Now based in Hong Kong, Neha is a speaker, self-love advocate, and relationship coach, guiding clients across various countries, including Hong Kong, Singapore, the UK, the USA, and Australia.

As a speaker, she assists clients in uncovering their barriers, enhancing their confidence, and sharing their narratives. Through her advocacy, she helps individuals understand feelings of unworthiness and empowers them to create new, loving self-narratives.

In her role as a relationship coach, Neha aids clients in recognizing and overcoming toxic patterns from past relationships, ultimately guiding them towards healthier connections.
