Do you genuinely know who you are?

As humans, we frequently opt for the simplest solutions when faced with challenges. Only a handful of individuals dare to take the unconventional path. Self-worth is a journey that every person has embarked upon throughout history. It is crucial to recognize that our perception of self-worth has been misguided for many years.
When I inquire about what self-worth signifies to people, their replies tend to follow a similar pattern. They often begin by enumerating their achievements—listing all the tasks they've accomplished that contribute to their sense of value. While these accomplishments can motivate us to grow, this is not the correct way to assess our self-worth.
Your self-worth is not defined by your achievements or what you have done to feel adequate. That notion is fundamentally flawed! It resides within each of us. Self-worth is about how you perceive yourself as an individual, independent of your accomplishments, which should be viewed as mere extras. Every single person on this planet should strive to be their own biggest supporter. Recognizing your self-worth must originate from within, rather than from external validation, possessions, or achievements.
I am genuinely exhausted by the constant questioning of one's adequacy. Here’s the truth: if you believe you are not enough, then you won’t be—it's that straightforward.
BUT
Consider what happens when you believe in your worth. You begin to carry yourself differently! You stand taller, your confidence surges, and you become more courageous, ready to take on the world. Start by believing in yourself; everything else will naturally follow!
