After reviewing my finances at the end of last year, I was shocked to realize that a whopping 70% of my income went toward unnecessary purchases. Surprisingly, those items didn’t contribute to my long-term happiness. I had to confront a crucial truth: material possessions cannot be the source of my joy. While they can enhance life, they will never be the primary source of fulfillment.

As a result, I now prioritize mental wellness above all else, making it my mission to nurture my mind.
