Chapter 1: The Unconventional Practice

A few years back, an ex-colleague recounted a story about women who kept crystals tucked in their bras. With a dismissive roll of his eyes, he deemed them “weirdos.” At the time, I shared his indifference towards crystals and spirituality; it was just another anecdote to me. From his perspective, it was clear he didn’t get it—he’s a man, after all. Bras serve to hold breasts, not crystals. Breasts are understandable to him, while rose quartz? Not so much.
