While you possess the power to observe, refrain from attempting to alter the matrix. It has existed for ages, and your individual efforts to dismantle it are unlikely to succeed. Instead, focus on your personal well-being.

Believe it or not, 3D serves a purpose; without it, you'd lack a frame of reference for what you choose not to engage with. Allow 3D to exist without assigning blame to external entities like governments or societal structures. These narratives can entrap you within the matrix.

Let go of resentment and refuse to engage in blame games. The matrix is more cunning than you might assume, cleverly drawing you in with incessant news cycles.

When you observe the matrix, you'll recognize that there's always something stirring up conflict and fear, which ultimately leads to control over you. If you rise above the 3D, gaining a broader perspective, you'll see the underlying truth.

Detaching from illusions will free you from the tricks of the 3D. The more you resist, the more energy you feed into it, tightening its grip on you. Simply stepping back and ignoring the matrix will elevate your vibration as you refocus on yourself. Ultimately, the external world will hold little significance.

2. Assign New Meanings

Referencing the emotional scale, emotions below 100Hz are typically linked to the 3D experience—fear, grief, apathy, guilt, and shame. This is where many struggles and suffering occur.

To break free from 3D and elevate your consciousness, you must release everything that weighs you down. Acknowledge that past pains are unchangeable and focus on healing instead.

This may be one of the most challenging tasks you will face, particularly if these emotions have become your default state. However, it is essential to reclaim your power, as no one else can do this for you. Start the healing process by confronting your past.

Assigning new meanings to your experiences can facilitate this transformation. Before incarnating, you knew life would be tough, and you also recognized that you could dictate whether your experiences were positive or negative.

Consider the loved one you lost—perhaps their departure was part of a larger plan. The person who ghosted you? Maybe it was a fortunate escape. The job you were let go from? Perhaps it was a distraction from your true purpose.

All experiences are essentially neutral, awaiting your interpretation. Embracing neutrality can pave the way for healing, self-transformation, and ascension to higher consciousness.

Your interpretation of events shapes your emotions and thoughts. A breakup can be either a catalyst for awakening or a source of pain—it's your choice. By assigning meaning, you infuse experiences with emotion, which influences your actions.

Ensure that your emotions propel you toward expansion rather than contraction. Perspective is crucial—if your twin flame is distant, look inward and see what you might be avoiding.

Transforming your thoughts and beliefs alters your reality, allowing you to ascend into 5D, where love and heart-centered living prevail. Love, the essence of the divine, is paramount—without it, material possessions hold no value.

The 3D world often revolves around doing, debating, and struggling, leaving you drained. In contrast, 5D emphasizes being, introspection, and simplicity—allowing you to embrace your true self.

In 5D, your vibration supersedes actions. Focus on elevating your vibration, and you'll find yourself in a state of flow and alignment with the universe. Engaging in activities that spark joy will raise your vibration and help manifest your desires.

Embrace the present moment as a gift without longing for elsewhere. When you engage in what you love, you'll naturally ascend to higher frequencies, effortlessly attracting what you seek.

While the matrix has existed long before you, you can liberate yourself from its hold. Reject the constraints and embrace your freedom by letting go of what binds you.
