Curated Collection — Nostalgia Series
Dear enthusiastic readers and fellow supporters of Medium, happy June! I’ve gathered 142 collections and lists to present new readers with diverse topics. While we manage a significant workload, including onboarding numerous new writers and publishing hundreds of drafts, I’ve set aside time to spotlight some hidden gems.
Aiden, our friend, typically highlights new pieces. Here’s his latest:

In the past two days, we welcomed over 300 new writers, and I introduced them to previous collections. These newcomers need support and motivation to build their confidence and flourish. We are a vibrant and nurturing community that celebrates diversity.
Our chief editor released the latest newsletter for ILLUMINATION yesterday. We now boast 30,000 writers while struggling to publish their stories with only 30 volunteer editors due to Medium's restrictions. This situation seems counterproductive; it feels as if Medium is resisting the growth of our publications, despite community backing. Dr. Yildiz has articulated this concern and proposed a new Priority Publishing service.

These games are devoid of violence and conflict; they are designed for mental engagement, cognitive stimulation, and relationship-building.
Unfortunately, Mr. Algo censored this piece, leading me to discuss it with him. Unsurprisingly, he reacted defensively to my challenge and hasn’t shown my story to anyone. I will continue to push and guide this immature algorithm.

Like Mr. Algo, we all err, but forgiveness is vital for healing and maintaining good relationships. Dr. Mehmet Yildiz offers an insightful narrative on forgiveness supported by science.
