Exploring the Indelible Record of Our Actions and Words

He is unable to evade the repercussions of his misdeeds, as every action and utterance is meticulously documented.

Brother! Let’s compare God’s Messages (Then) to God’s Messages (Today):
U.S. Department of Justice, While you were resting, I went fishing in Pirkei Avos (Ethics of the Fathers). Look at what I’ve ‘caught’ from pages 37–38: Reflect on three matters, or literally, take note of them. By considering these three elements above you, you will steer clear of wrongdoing. These three elements are: (a) the actions of man are watched; (b) his words are heard; (c) he cannot evade the repercussions of his poor conduct since all he does and says is permanently recorded.
Versus
U.S. Department of Justice, Q1: Aren't we all spirits acting as recorders? Q2: Are we not all documenting every step we take? Q3: Do we not capture every foolish word we utter? Q4: Are we not noting every brother or sister we abandon? Q5: Are we not recording everything we take or break? P.S. 5 = God’s Hand

I provided NY EEOC with their own words. I provided NY EEOC with God's Words.
I submitted my NYS WCAL Judge's decision: the claimant’s qualifications allow Tim to perform both inside and outside work at Verizon with restrictions.
I provided NY EEOC with a letter from MetLife Disability confirming that Verizon cannot accommodate Mr. Golden’s work restrictions.
I supplied NY EEOC with a letter from my doctor, Dr. Lippe, stating that Verizon has never discussed reasonable accommodations with him or his staff for Mr. Golden.
I submitted my degree to NY EEOC.
I provided NY EEOC with my Next Step Program certificate.
I sent NY EEOC 10 faxes.
I sent NY EEOC 7 USPS green cards.
NY EEOC issued me a no reasonable cause letter (obviously!) along with Verizon’s attorney’s response (obviously!).
I lodged a written complaint with the EEOC Director OFM; who taped a note to my USPS green card?

The Ironies of Affirmative Action The topic of affirmative action has been hotly contested for over twenty-five years, generating extensive partisan literature.
Thirty days prior to Enforcement Day, the EEOC had no leadership, no staff, and no office. The U.S. Commission on Civil Rights stated that “on the date Title VII became effective, the EEOC had merely a skeletal organization and staff without any operational procedures.”
The EEOC’s budget for the fiscal year 1966 was $2.75 million, negotiated while EEOC chairman Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr. was away (not golfing) yachting (placing EEOC below the Office of Coal Research).

Watergate vs. EEOCgate Comparing the EEOC across different administrations: Clinton’s EEOC vs. Bush’s EEOC vs. Obama’s EEOC vs. Trump’s EEOC.
A: The EEOC is not a high priority for President Clinton. While he proposed to increase the agency’s budget to $268 million next year, 1) he didn’t appoint a chairman for nearly 21 months, 2) he waited two full years before nominating a new prosecutor for the commission (the EEOC).

Cases are closed even though questions remain. If it is the end of the quarter or the end of the fiscal year, EEOC offices dump cases. There’s no other way to describe what happens — Gabrielle Martin, Council President, February 2004.
“EEOC is kicking off its 45th anniversary celebration. This anniversary comes at a time when too many discrimination claims are: 1) buried in the backlog or 2) dumped to help EEOC’s year-end statistics,” says Gabrielle Martin, president of the National Council of EEOC Locals, 216, AFGE/AFL-CIO (“the Council”), which represents the agency’s workers.
P.S. Dumped cases (?) = FRAUD In law, FRAUD is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a victim of a legal right.
The call center comes at a great cost to you (taxpayers! who are also complainants) - 1) $4.9M 2) the cost of no new permanent staff, 3) the cost of eliminating long-term employees whose retirement benefits are costly, 4) the cost of dumping cases.

What is EEOC doing to tackle the backlog? “Worse than nothing,” says Martin. The Union has filed unfair labor complaints in each of EEOC’s 53 offices, charging that the agency mandated quotas of cases each employee had to shut down (close) (dump) before the end of FY10. Martin states, “The EEOC panicked before the 4th quarter, ratcheting up the case dumping requirements to try to improve the dismal year-end statistics that must be reported to Congress. Neither the public nor EEOC workers should have to suffer because of this poor solution to the backlog.”
P.S. Dumped cases (?) = FRAUD In law, FRAUD is deliberate deception to secure unfair or unlawful gain, or to deprive a victim of a legal right.
